Pat Barnes, Production Manager Pat has worked for VSF since 1979. He first introduced himself to management while hitchhiking through Vermont. At once a lost soul and a free spirit, Pat immediately bonded with his associates. Starting with the company as a shop laborer Pat has since held several positions including Cabinetmaker, Foreman, Purchasing Agent and now Production Manager. His responsibilities include job flow and production personnel management. It seems he is adept at delegating work, because even after all these years, he is still so cute and has all his hair. |
