Bob Sherman, President Bob is the proud owner and founder of Vermont Store Fixture Corporation. After his tour of duty with the US Navy, Bob learned this business from the ground up while working in the industry as a Cabinet Maker, Sales Engineer and General Manager. From 1964 to 1970 he attended Fairleigh Dickinson University in the evenings where he studied Business and Psychology. When his employer sold the business in 1970, Bob was encouraged by his associates to start another company; and so he did. Finest Wood Works soon began on August 29, 1970 in New Jersey. Then the business expanded to Vermont in 1978. Both facilities work hand in hand to serve our customers under the "Vermont Store Fixture Corporation" moniker. Bob attributes the success of this business to always hiring the most talented people available. |
